Refund Policy

APG Strategic Consulting LLC values transparency and professional client relationships. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be considered for consulting services and related engagements.

1. General Consulting Services

Refund eligibility for consulting engagements is determined on a case-by-case basis and depends on: • The current stage of the consulting engagement at the time of the refund request • The scheduling status of sessions or engagements • The scope of strategic work already completed or delivered • Whether custom analysis, research, or preparation has been performed • The terms outlined in the applicable consulting agreement or statement of work Clients are encouraged to review their specific engagement terms and contact us directly to discuss any concerns.

2. Strategy Sessions & Consultations

For scheduled strategy sessions, discovery calls, and advisory consultations: • Cancellation requests submitted at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled session may be eligible for a full refund or session credit. • Cancellation requests submitted between 24–48 hours prior to the scheduled session may be eligible for a partial refund or rescheduling credit at our discretion. • Late cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the scheduled session, or missed appointments without prior notice, may not qualify for refunds. • Rescheduling requests submitted with reasonable advance notice will be accommodated where possible without penalty.

3. Custom Consulting Engagements

For custom consulting projects, strategic analysis, operational assessments, organizational reviews, or implementation programs: • Once a consulting engagement has commenced and work has been initiated, fees associated with completed work phases are generally non-refundable. • If an engagement is terminated prior to completion, any refund consideration will be based on the proportion of work not yet delivered, as determined in good faith by APG Strategic Consulting LLC. • Custom strategic analysis, research compilation, financial modeling, and process documentation that has been completed and delivered is non-refundable. • Partial refunds may be considered for engagement phases not yet commenced at the time of cancellation.

4. Digital Materials & Deliverables

For digital consulting deliverables including: • Strategic reports and analysis documents • Operational frameworks and templates • Process maps and documentation • Training materials and guides • Recorded sessions or digital resources Once digital materials have been accessed, downloaded, or delivered to the client, they are generally non-refundable. If a deliverable is found to contain material errors or omissions attributable to APG Strategic Consulting LLC, we will work to correct the issue at no additional cost.

5. Refund Review Process

All refund requests are reviewed individually based on the specific circumstances of each engagement. To submit a refund request: 1. Contact us at info@apgconsllc.com with the subject line "Refund Request" 2. Include your full name, company name, engagement details, and the reason for the request 3. Our team will acknowledge receipt within 2 business days 4. A formal response will be provided within 5–10 business days We are committed to handling all refund requests fairly and professionally.

6. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method where possible. Processing times may vary depending on the financial institution and payment method used. APG Strategic Consulting LLC is not responsible for delays caused by financial institutions or third-party payment processors. Typical processing times: • Credit/debit card refunds: 5–10 business days • Bank transfer refunds: 3–7 business days • Other methods: As communicated at the time of approval

7. Dispute Resolution

We are committed to resolving any concerns or disputes professionally and in good faith. Before initiating any formal dispute process, we encourage clients to contact us directly to discuss the situation. The majority of concerns can be resolved through direct communication and mutual understanding. For unresolved disputes, the governing law and dispute resolution provisions in our Terms and Conditions shall apply.

8. Policy Modifications

APG Strategic Consulting LLC reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective upon posting to this website. Engagements entered into prior to a policy change will generally be governed by the policy in effect at the time of engagement commencement.
